The way I understand it is we must find our own transportation, sleeping arrangements, and buy tickets to the event (which you can do on this website and I suggest doing so now!). I live in Denver and am looking for flights as we speak. The price is around $300. Driving is about 20 hours and for the weekend seems a bit long. If you want to talk more let me know. I am meeting a friend there and we are getting a hotel room but not sure of the exact plans as of yet. I am so so so excited for this event and think it will be worth anything to be there!
